“Harnessing the power of our numbers” is our mantra. With so many great blogs out there, we often visit and expose the same ones to our readers without branching out. Take a few minutes, explore a new site or two and hop around the Diva sites with us! Expires April 20, 2011.

Great Wolf Lodge and Procter and Gamble Partner with the First Conference Geared Toward Bloggers in the “Review” Niche

Scranton, PA March 14, 2011

The Double Duty Divas, a blog network and consultation company, announced today it will host the first annual Reviewer’s Retreat blog conference. The sold out event will take place at the Great Wolf Lodge-Poconos, PA May 15-17, 2011.
A first of its kind, Reviewer’s Retreat pioneers the “review blog” conference niche focusing exclusively on issues geared toward bloggers spotlighting products and resources on their sites. Conference sessions include “Review Blogging 101,” “Brand/Blogger Relations,” and “Nuts and Bolts of Review Blogging.”

Diva Poll: Free Non Review Posts?

Recently a Double Duty Diva asked on Twitter, “What do you do when a company asks you to write a post for free?” Since most review bloggers who accept product to review do not charge for posts, we’ll assume for the sake of our poll this relates to a non-review post such as news story or similar pitch.

It's Official: The Divas Are Hosting a Conference!

We are so excited to announce  Reviewer’s Retreat, the first ever conference which caters specifically to review blogs or bloggers who review products and/or resources on their sites. Our goal, to connect bloggers, companies and public relations specialists, in addition to gathering the Double Duty Divas together, has been made possible by our co-sponsor, Great Wolf Lodge-Poconos, PA. A family friendly resort with the largest indoor waterpark in North America, Great Wolf is the perfect location to host bloggers and their families in a social media event which will enable review bloggers to refine their craft.

On Monday, October 11, 2010 registration will open at a special $99 rate for Divas with the conference open to the general public on November 1st. Whether blog owners decide to connect with friends or make Reviewer’s Retreat a family vacation, they will leave with real connections and resources having the opportunity to network with other “review bloggers.”
