Ingredients:
1 devil’s food cake mix
3 eggs
oil (however much the cake requires)
water (however much the cake requires)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 jar caramel topping (12 oz)
1-12 oz. container whipped topping (Cool-Whip_
1-8 oz bar cream cheese – ROOM TEMP
4-2.1 oz butterfinger bars (7 snack sizes ones would work)
